Role summary

You'll be the first point of contact for guests and the researcher who prepares the host. You'll run outreach, build guest briefs, and manage day-of logistics and coordination.

Core responsibilities

• Outreach: Find & prioritise guests; write personalised LinkedIn/IG/email outreach; manage pipeline and bookings.
• Research & prep: Produce 1-page guest briefs (bio, 35 story hooks, 710 questions, red flags); collect timestamps and source links.
• Day-of logistics: Coordinate arrival, briefing, consent, studio needs and post-record follow-up.

KPIs

• Guest brief delivered 48 hrs before recording
• Zero day-of logistic issues

Must-have

• Great written outreach skills, strong web research, organised, proactive
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, calendars, and travel to Noida on recording days

Nice-to-have

Podcast/PR/outreach experience, familiarity with school ecosystem, basic audio/video knowledge
