We're looking for a highly driven GTM Engineer cum B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our growth team. This role blends technical understanding of GTM workflows with strategic prospecting, data research, and outbound execution for global B2B clients.
What You Will Do
Build and manage end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, including ICP definition, segmentation, workflows, and outreach architecture.
Conduct detailed prospect research to identify high-quality leads across LinkedIn, email, and industry databases.
Execute outbound strategies (email + LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings for clients.
Set up and manage automations, enrichment tools, and CRM workflows to improve lead quality and conversion.
Analyze data, track performance, and optimize campaigns for pipeline growth.
Collaborate with the internal team to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign structure.
Ensure all systems, tools, and outreach sequences follost practices and remain compliant.
Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or GTM operations.
Strong understanding of ICP development, TAM/SAM segmentation, and B2B funnels.
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment tools.
Ability to set up automations, data workflows, and multi-channel outreach systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve processes.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting outreach messages.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
