We're looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who can think independently, connect business goals to marketing outcomes, and execute campaigns that drive visibility, credibility, and growth.

This is an entrepreneurial role perfect for someone who enjoys both creative storytelling and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibities

1. Growth & Lead Generation (30%)

  • Design and execute integrated campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid ads) targeting corporates, colleges, and industry partners.
  • Build lead funnels, track performance, and optimize for conversion and quality.
  • Support business teams with insights, campaigns, and outreach ideas.

2. Content & Brand Storytelling (25%)

  • Create engaging posts, articles, case studies, and newsletters that amplify our voice and positioning.
  • Maintain consistent brand storytelling across platforms.
  • Refresh website and marketing collaterals periodically to align with business goals.

3. Digital Marketing & Analytics (20%)

  • Manage and measure campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and email tools.
  • Translate analytics into actionable insights and campaign improvements.

4. Partnerships & Events (15%)

  • Identify and nurture partnerships with industry bodies, institutions, and associations.
  • Drive visibility through webinars, events, and thought-leadership collaborations.

5. Strategy & Innovation (10%)

  • Collaborate with founders on marketing strategy, campaign planning, and storytelling.
  • Bring creative ideas that align with customer needs and business growth.

  • You will be great at this if you have:

    • 48 years of B2B marketing experience (edtech, consulting, or product-based preferred).
    • Ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes not just awareness.
    • Solid grasp of digital tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
    • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
    • A self-starter mindset comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
    • Passion for learning, storytelling, and making ideas come alive.

    • Qualified B2B leads generated per quarter.
    • Growth in engagement, website traffic, and brand reach.
    • Number and quality of partnerships and campaigns driven.
    • Marketing contribution to revenue pipeline.
