This role focuses on strategic performance marketing, ad campaign management, and market-driven growth planning. If you're someone who knows the ins and outs of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and thrives on finding fresh opportunities to scale brands, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Explore growth opportunities for clients across industries and align strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and unlock opportunities.
- Promote and manage in-house growth campaigns for Oxyzem's brand presence.
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to build high-impact ad campaigns.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital growth and performance marketing.
You should have:
- 36 years of proven experience in performance marketing or growth management.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and digital growth trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus.
