Job Description

We are hiring for our client - Masai.

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution to scale our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to identify growth opportunities and implement high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and user journeys to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing, performance analysis, and user behavior tracking to identify insights and growth levers.
  • Work closely with product teams to enhance user experience and drive adoption.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, SEO, paid ads, and social media growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
  • Identify and explore new channels, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor key growth metrics and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • A creative mindset with a problem-solving approach to drive innovative growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, user segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROIs for growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of product-led growth strategies
  • Prior experience in scaling a brand or launching a new product
