Job Description

Our client is looking for someone who thrives in the very early stages of a company and is self-motivated, a multi-tasker, and a demonstrated team player. This is a leadership role and will require mentoring the team to consistently deliver breakthrough marketing ideas that in turn would drive substantial growth. The candidate will get the best learning experience working directly with the founding team.

They are someone who is currently living in Bangalore or is willing to relocate later and can start immediately or have a notice period of fewer than 30 days

Job Responsibilities

  • Define, understand & identify key success metrics and strategies for all Activation programs
  • Track and analyse performance and constantly identify improvements to drive maximum usage and achieve business objectives
  • Design & own product roadmap.
  • Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch for Activation programs/projects
  • Collaborate with the design team and guide their investments for research, prototyping, experimentation, and overall design thinking
  • Build Data Analytics and guide investments in data analysis for a high-impact conversational, prediction, and personalization strategy
  • Coordinate with internal business verticals stakeholders to understand and build retention strategy for the organization
  • Gather, review, and interpret qualitative & quantitative data to uncover new product insights.
  • Ability to take initiative and address something hands-on, you persevere when others give up

Mandatory Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of 5-6 years in leading and managing Mobile app marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising product and user funnels
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.

Preferred Requirements

Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Webengage, Metabase etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience of 4-5 years in growth and marketing role
  • Experience in scaling a product and scaling a company from 1x to N
  • Experience working in a B2C tech start-up
