The brand has gained popularity for its premium organic offerings and its dedication to environment and social responsibility.

Key Role and Responsibilities

Own the P&L, digital marketing & app-based capabilities of the house of brands.

Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth within traffic, paid conversions, brand content distribution, overall contributions to revenue, and profit from own brand app.

Devise and execute a mobile-first growth strategy for the brand app with consistent acquisition and retention growth

Leverage your extensive experience in developing data-driven media strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across e-commerce platforms, app stores and content channels ( own and affiliates )

Monitor site and channel performances and drive continuous ways to improve further andoptimise

Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook,Youtube, Google Adwords etc.)

Accountable for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations across the E-Commerce functions, taking the ownership of the funnel analysis, performing weekly and monthly reports to track company performances and MIS.

Work effectively with third-party partners and agencies

Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth

Run campaigns specific to certain categories to increase reach

Run event specific campaigns to help bring in footfall to all of Akshayakalpa's IPs

Must Haves

1. Experience in Marketplace management, Mobile Marketing, PPC Ads, Operations and Event Marketing.

2. Primary channel expertise - Google, Meta and Web store Position is mandatory.

3. Monitoring and optimizing site and channel performances.

4. Overall performance marketing experience in retention, new customer acquisition, awareness along the E-commerce channels required.

5. Candidate should have steady exposure in Digital Marketing.

6. Prior expertise in E-commerce and scaling up online businesses is a plus
