Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) located in Surat. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports. The role involves managing budgets, optimizing financial processes, and providing strategic financial guidance to leadership. Additionally, the CFO will be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant financial regulations and driving overall organizational growth through effective financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Finance
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Reporting
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals
- Experience leading financial teams and streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with the textile or garment manufacturing industry is a plus
