We are seeking a GRC Associate Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across our organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can assist in identifying risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Support risk assessments and audits to identify potential risks and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding GRC initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to GRC processes and controls.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles or related fields.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or COBIT.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to GRC such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate compliance issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
