Job Description:
Waffle Bytes Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create offline and online marketing materials, including all-digital, social media, emailers, banners, presentations, Instagram reels & campaign video editing and packaging designs.
- Designing creative visual content to support marketing and advertising activities of the Clients.
- Assist the design team to localise artwork for packaging, corporate brochures/leaflets, posters, banners, logos, etc.
- Ensuring all local creative content and design is consistent across all marketing, presentation, and web assets.
- Assist the marketing and design team in asset management.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- At least 1-2 year of experience in the Creative Industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in the design-based subject
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent sense of aesthetic design and a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, colours and composition
- Ability to take campaigns from conception to creation of assets
- Must have worked on Marketing Campaigns creatives.
- Effective presentation skills in articulating design concepts and rationales
Preferred:
- An eye for detail, drive to take initiative, desire to help people and make them smile in an environment of change, complexity and fun.
- Able to work in a fast-paced multi-niche environment.
- Able to directly communicate with clients, understand their requirements and suggest relevant solutions via design.
