Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior AI Video Executor to join our content production team. This role

is ideal for someone who is interested in video creation, AI tools, visual storytelling, and

fast-paced client delivery.

The person will work closely with content writers, instructional designers, project leads, and

reviewers to convert scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, and learning briefs into video-based

content. The focus of this role is not traditional graphic design or marketing creatives. The

primary responsibility will be to help produce client-ready videos using AI tools, templates,

editing software, stock assets, captions, voiceover support, and basic motion/visual design.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who can learn quickly, follow briefs

carefully, use AI tools smartly, and deliver clean video outputs within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Convert scripts and storyboards into video outputs

• Work from scripts, storyboards, scene notes, and content briefs provided by the

content team.

• Create video scenes using AI video tools, stock assets, images, icons, templates, and

editing software.

• Assemble scenes into a complete video flow with appropriate pacing, transitions,

captions, and visual rhythm.

• Ensure the final video communicates the content clearly and is easy for

learners/viewers to understand.

2. Use AI tools for video production

• Use AI tools to generate or support video scenes, images, backgrounds, characters,

B-roll, visual references, and animated elements.

• Experiment with tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly,

Midjourney, Leonardo, Luma, HeyGen, or similar platforms.

• Use AI output as raw material and refine it into usable video content.

• Follow internal guidelines for tool usage, visual consistency, quality, and client

suitability.

3. Edit and assemble videos

• Edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci

Resolve, or similar platforms.

• Add voiceover, music, sound effects, captions, title cards, lower thirds, transitions,

and basic motion elements.

• Ensure videos are properly paced and visually clean.

• Export videos in the required formats, sizes, and quality standards.

4. Support client content delivery

• Work on videos created for client learning programs, training modules, explainers,

simulations, onboarding journeys, internal communication, and knowledge content.

• Adapt visual style based on client brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Make revisions based on feedback from content leads, reviewers, and clients.

• Maintain consistency across videos within the same project or learning journey.

5. Work with templates and reusable formats

• Use existing video templates and visual formats to produce content quickly.

• Help create and maintain reusable layouts, title cards, caption styles, icon styles,

transition formats, and scene structures.

• Organize project files, AI outputs, source assets, exports, and versioned videos

properly.

• Support the team in improving production speed and quality over time.

Required Skills

• Basic video editing skills.

• Strong interest in AI-based video and image generation tools.

• Ability to follow scripts, storyboards, and content briefs accurately.

• Basic understanding of visual composition, layout, typography, colors, and

readability.

• Ability to create quick first drafts and revise based on feedback.

• Comfort with fast-paced production and multiple client deliverables.

• Attention to detail in captions, spelling, timing, alignment, exports, and file naming.

• Willingness to learn new AI tools and production workflows.

• Ability to work with a content team and take direction clearly.

Good to Have

• Experience with Canva video, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Exposure to AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Luma, HeyGen, Firefly, Midjourney,

• Experience creating explainer videos, learning videos, reels, training content, or

internal communication videos.

• Understanding of voiceover-led videos, subtitles, and scene pacing.

• Comfort working with stock videos, icons, AI-generated images, and template-based

production.

• Basic graphic design sense.
