Job Description

Academic Qualifications :

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA


  • Pre-Sales Presentation Design: Develop engaging and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for pre-sales materials, proposals, and pitches.
  • Design Strategy & Flow: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that each presentation tells a clear and persuasive story. Plan the flow, design, and content layout to communicate the message effectively.
  • Custom Templates: Create custom PowerPoint templates to ensure consistency in branding and design across presentations.
  • Infographics & Visual Elements: Design custom infographics, charts, graphs, and diagrams to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW for creating high-quality visuals.
  • Newsletter Design: Design visually appealing and on-brand newsletters, leveraging Adobe tools to create graphics, layouts, and visuals that align with corporate messaging.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to gather information, refine presentation content, and ensure design aligns with business goals.
  • Branding & Consistency: Maintain high-quality standards for visual design and ensure alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
  • Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner to improve the presentation and other deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the final presentation is polished, error-free, and ready for delivery.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing pre-sales or business presentations.
  • Design Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, spacing, etc.).
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to approach designs from a strategic standpoint, crafting a flow that enhances the audience's understanding and engagement.
  • Adobe & CorelDRAW Expertise: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CorelDRAW for creating infographics, newsletters, and other visual elements.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with additional design tools such as Microsoft Visio or other design-related software is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions for presenting information effectively.
