Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Theni. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media posts, banners, and promotional materials aligned with client brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing logos and brand elements, selecting suitable typography, and preparing graphics optimized for various online platforms. The role involves working with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into clear visual concepts, revising designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, engaging visual content.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for digital and print materials.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar).
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on-site in Theni in a collaborative team environment.
• Good time management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and client feedback.
• Formal education or training in graphic design or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
