We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs. As a Graphic Designer at Landing Labs, you will work on brand visuals, social media creatives, ad graphics, website assets, and campaign design materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to create designs that are not only aesthetic but also aligned with brand goals and performance outcomes.

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with the content and marketing teams to turn ideas into strong visual concepts.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Design ad creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns.
• Produce graphics, banners, thumbnails, illustrations, and motion elements if required.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas and creative concepts.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different formats and devices.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design requests and ensure timely delivery.

• 6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic designing.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Basic knowledge of social media ad design guidelines.
• Ability to transform briefs into engaging visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
