Position OverviewWe are seeking a full time creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can visually communicate our mission, values, and impact through compelling design. The ideal candidate will create high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms that effectively engage diverse audiences and support advocacy, fundraising, and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and design impactful visuals, including posters, infographics, reports, presentations, brochures, and digital campaigns.
- Develop engaging social media graphics, short animations, and video thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support creative design needs for events, awareness campaigns, and international advocacy programs.
- Collaborate with communications, digital, and program teams to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Design creative layouts for newsletters, donor decks, and annual reports.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably in the development or social impact sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred).
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and branding principles.
- Familiarity with social media content formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight timelines.
- Video editing and motion graphics skills are an added advantage.
