About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-orientedJr.Graphic Designerwith at least1 year of full-time experienceto join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing social media creatives, branding materials, marketing collateral, and visual communication assets.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engagingsocial media creatives,PR banners,one-pagers,flyers,brochures,business cards, andlayout designs.
- Create clean, aesthetic, and brand-consistent visuals for digital and print media.
- Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Adapt and repurpose designs for different platforms and sizes.
- Maintain and organize design files, assets, and brand materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects with accuracy and creativity.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding oftypography, color theory, layouts, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (added advantage).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum1 year of full-time experienceas a Graphic Designer.
