Role: Graphic Designer
Location - Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually stunning designs for various digital platforms including web banners, social media posts, ads and e-commerce banners
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience
- Utilize advanced features and techniques in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines across all projects.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and technology
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design assets while meeting quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma and strong command over relevant softwares related to Graphic Design, Visual Arts etc
- 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team setting
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on web banners, social media posts, and e-commerce banners
- Knowledge of 3D software Blender and AI Tools is a plus
- Experience in still/video shoots will be beneficial
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality design work under tight deadlines
