Someone who lives, breathes and expresses oneself through design in its many manifestations in & across a digital-first ecosystem!
Working with our awesome marketing team, you'll be responsible for for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing and evolving our visual identity. You'd be our go-to for delivering top-notch creatives and graphics -(still & motion)-.
What your workday would look like
- Think, act and design for digital.
- Develop and strengthen brand assets including style and brand guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics -(still & motion)- to support a superior digital & performance marketing.
- Independently perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer centric.
- Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, and layouts and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activities
- Ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create high quality creative outcomes.
- Analyze, report and improve your designs; iteratively with each initiative.
What's the qualifying criteria
- A powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise; preferably with business cases
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and other design software suited for designing still and motion graphics.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn; among others.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.
