Envertiz Consultancy, established in 2014, is a trusted name in international healthcare recruitment and is recognized as one of the UK's leading recruitment and training providers. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Kochi, India.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content across digital and print media. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, internal communications, and brand promotions while managing multiple design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop professional-grade images and videos for digital and print media.
  • Create eye-catching posters and promotional materials for social media marketing campaigns.
  • Design and format internal newsletters.
  • Manage the design and production of printed materials, including brochures, ID cards, flyers, awards, folders, and certificates.
  • Coordinate and manage photo shoots for staff ID cards, profiles, and branding needs.
  • Stay up to date with current design and social media trends and implement best practices.
  • Create and oversee monthly promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's privacy policy and GDPR guidelines.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and tailor content accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in creative design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
