Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content across digital and print media. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, internal communications, and brand promotions while managing multiple design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop professional-grade images and videos for digital and print media.
- Create eye-catching posters and promotional materials for social media marketing campaigns.
- Design and format internal newsletters.
- Manage the design and production of printed materials, including brochures, ID cards, flyers, awards, folders, and certificates.
- Coordinate and manage photo shoots for staff ID cards, profiles, and branding needs.
- Stay up to date with current design and social media trends and implement best practices.
- Create and oversee monthly promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with the company's privacy policy and GDPR guidelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Maintain a deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and tailor content accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in creative design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
