Job Description:We are looking to hire a talented 2D Designer with proven experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing design adaptations for retail displays, POSMs, signage, and in-store branding.
Key Responsibilities:- Create 2D artworks and design adaptations based on brand guidelines and master creatives.
- Develop print-ready files for production (POSM, signage, packaging, store graphics, etc.).
- Collaborate with the 3D design and production teams to ensure artwork accuracy and feasibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and ensure high-quality visual output.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors for color proofing and print accuracy when required.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator knowledge is a plus).
- Strong understanding of retail branding, display layouts, and print production processes.
- Ability to work on design adaptations for multiple formats and sizes.
- Attention to detail and strong visual sense.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Qualifications:- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail design or branding agency.
- Must have a portfolio demonstrating relevant 2D retail work.
