Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design expertise to work closely with our US-based Marketing Manager. You will design marketing assets, support content initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design: Create eye-catching marketing materialsincluding brochures, LinkedIn creatives, capability statements, and case studies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the US-based Marketing Manager to deliver projects on time.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all visuals follow ARK Solutions brand guidelines and quality standards.

Content Support: Partner with the content team to develop assets that elevate our marketing efforts.

Design Tools: Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools to produce professional, high-quality visuals.

Project Management: Handle multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements

24 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or similar creative roles

Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience designing social media posts, capability statements, and case studies

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow creative direction

Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional and international teams

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in B2B marketing or the staffing/consulting industry is a plus
