Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual content for various marketing and communication materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in UI/UX design and motion graphics is a plus.
