The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a refined visual sensibility, strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ideas into compelling brand communication.

You should be comfortable designing across platforms—from campaigns and social media to print, OOH, presentations and branded content—while maintaining a consistently high standard of aesthetics, originality and execution.

A strong command of AI-powered creative workflows is essential. We are looking for someone who can use AI not as a shortcut, but as a creative enabler—to expand ideation, accelerate exploration and elevate the quality of the final output.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand brand character, communication briefs, campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Translate strategic and creative direction into visually impactful design.
• Develop original design ideas for campaigns and brand communication.
• Create and art-direct assets across print, OOH, digital, social media, presentations and branded content.
• Build strong visual layouts using typography, colour, imagery, hierarchy and composition.
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing freshness and originality to every execution.
• Use AI tools for concept development, image generation, visual exploration, adaptation and content creation.
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, motion and production teams on integrated campaigns.
• Adapt master creatives across multiple formats and sizes without compromising quality.
• Contribute to pitches through moodboards, mock-ups, campaign visuals and presentation design.
• Stay informed about contemporary design, visual culture and emerging creative technologies.

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Strong proficiency in AI-based creative and design tools (must)
• After Effects (added advantage)
• DaVinci Resolve (added advantage)
• 3D software (added advantage)

Education

Open to relevant talent and experience. A degree or diploma in Commercial Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related discipline will be preferred.
