Remote Graphic Designer Internship

Hello! This is Parrotias, an internationally leading supplier of personal protective equipment that provides customers with different types of PPE products that are distinguished by their functionality in various concepts. We are looking for a graphic designer to help build our brand. Our ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be up for collaborating with a team yet able to work on their own, and be creative and adaptable with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design process from start to finish.
• Create designs and graphic illustrations in cooperation with our graphic design team.
• Help design engaging layouts and digital displays for our website.
• Develop and edit content for social media platforms and email mass communication.
• Aid in the design of both internal and external documents.

Essential skills:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Preferably with a portfolio containing creative projects and past designs we can review.
• Educational background in graphic design, digital media design, marketing, or related field, or extensive experience from a relevant position as a freelancer or with an agency.
• Knowledge of common software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Responsibility to meet deadlines and detail-oriented.
• The ability to work both individually and with a team.

• Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Effective communication skills include speaking, active listening, and observing.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.

More information:

• Duration: The internship should ideally last between 3 and 6 months.
• Hours: You must commit to working 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day. You will be required to fulfill daily tasks that can take from 2 to 4 hours.
• Team: Your team will consist of 10-12 interns and a manager.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship. Upon completion of the internship, we will provide you with a reference letter and a certificate. Since this is a remote internship, you will have a flexible and independent schedule with great growth opportunities.
