Are you a design maverick ready to bring your creative flair to the educational landscape Join the Newton School team as a Graphic Designer, where you'll be the visual architect behind captivating designs across diverse channels, from digital platforms to print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design assets for use in digital learning materials, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity, including logo design, typography, and colour schemes.
- Content Creation: Design engaging and interactive educational content, such as infographics, presentations, and animations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content developers, instructional designers, and marketing, to bring design concepts to life.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from team members and end-users to improve the quality of designs.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve your skills.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout
- Basic understanding of user interface design and user experience principles
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the field.
