We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trader to join our dynamic team in Singapore in a12-month fixed term Graduate position with option to convert to a permanent position upon successful completion of the graduate program.
- Continuous monitoring and management of the risks resulting from the issuance and trading activity of structured products
- Development of trading infrastructure to enhance automation of risk management and overall scalability of the trading platform in cooperation with other teams
- Linking up with Sales and Structuring to maximize trading opportunities
- Maintaining and marking market and pricing parameters
- Systematic reviewing of trade bookings and positions maintenance
- Acquiring a deep expertise in exotic derivatives products, risk dynamics, and systems
- Ensuring desk coverage including order taking and execution
- Able to work independently
- Producing risk reports
- Maintaining positive working relationship with other departments, counterparties, and partners
Our requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree with a Quantitative background
- Prior Exotic FX / Exotic Equity trading/structuring experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, dedicated, meticulous, methodical, open-minded, team player, and ability to work under pressure and extended hours
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Python skills a plus
- Experience in Japan/HK market a plus
