Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in the design and development of projects
Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Participate in training and development programs to enhance engineering skills
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering)
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Proficiency in software tools like CAD, CAM, and CAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
