Description

We are seeking a skilled Grader Operator with 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of grading equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of road construction and maintenance projects. The successful applicant will work closely with project supervisors and engineers to meet project specifications and deadlines while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain graders for road construction and maintenance projects.
• Perform grading operations to achieve specified grades and cross-sections of roads.
• Inspect and adjust grader equipment for optimal performance before and after use.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including material usage and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating motor graders in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Proficient in the use of grading equipment and related tools.
• Strong understanding of grading techniques and earthwork principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction sites.
• Valid driver's license and certification in operating heavy machinery is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
