Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Work with keywords, ad copies, bids, and budgets to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze PPC trends and competitor advertising.
- Keyword Research:
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
- Use tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for insights and optimization.
- Ad Creation & Testing:
- Write engaging ad copy for different campaigns and ad formats.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads to improve performance (e.g., headlines, descriptions, CTA buttons).
- Design image-based ads (if needed) and collaborate with graphic designers where required.
- Bid Management:
- Manage and adjust bids to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor daily and monthly budgets to prevent over- or underspending.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost-per-click (CPC).
- Use tools like Google Analytics and other tracking software to generate insights on campaign performance.
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders and suggest actionable improvements.
- Audience Targeting:
- Utilize audience targeting and segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Experiment with remarketing and custom audience strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the creative and development teams for landing page optimization.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align PPC campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Regularly review and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Stay Updated:
- Stay informed of the latest trends in PPC, search engine marketing (SEM), and paid social media.
- Keep up-to-date with platform updates and changes in ad policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to review data, interpret metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Tools: Proficiency with PPC tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and other similar tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage campaigns efficiently and spot optimization opportunities.
- Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification.
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
This role is a great stepping stone for someone to advance further into PPC management roles such as Senior PPC Executive or PPC Manager with more experience.
