Leading Hospitality group requires Director -Sales and Operations- Gurgoan( sector- 80)

One of our client a hospitality company which has a golf resort with luxury residences in Gurugram. It is a destination for corporate retreats, conferences, golf tournaments, day activities, ad shoots, getaways, private parties, romantic sojourns, and more. We offer 4 different types of memberships Membership, Just Golf Membership, Golf + club Membership and Junior Membership.It also offers enabling environment for flora and fauna. It boats of planting 1,00,000 trees in a decade, and today it is spread across 300 acres, stands beautiful and green with over 2,00,000 trees and plants. It has award-winning 9-hole boutique Golf Course,Luxury Residences: which offers a variety of luxury villas in idyllic locations taking maximum advantage of the gorgeous views and nature's bounty. Replete with luxury and infused with resonant energies, these options provide a glimpse at responsible living without compromising on style & comfort. Our already existing villa community of happy residents are responsible for the environment. Scope and general purpose of job:
· The Sales Director must be a visionary, leader, motivator, aggressive sales person, compiler of data and resources, planner and executor.·

- Represent the Golf Club in its relationships with numerous external constituencies.

· Develop the Golf Club's membership roster, ensure that all sales targets are met, both individually and as a team, assure that prospect bank, closing ratios and sales and marketing plans are sufficient to ensure that membership sales continually exceed plan and capital costs relating to the project are recovered.

· Mange the Sales & Marketing department, ensure that administration systems are followed and work as a team member to promote ancillary club revenues and ensure product remains attractive to prospects and members.

TEAM YOU HAVE TO MANAGE- Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Sales coordinator & Sales Associates.

Job Tasks (Duties)

· Ensures that entire team meets and exceeds both individual and team sales targets.

· Generates prospect list for Sales team, sufficient to ensure that prospects, when multiplied by closing ratio, are sufficient to exceed sales plan.

· Leads the sales effort through regular sales communication, follow up calls, sales strategies and club tours

· Receives, documents and implements corrective measures for all obstacles for successful sales including evidence to overcome objections and strategies to encourage closing of sale.

· Is aware, on a daily basis, of all warm and hot prospects in Sales Managers prospect banks. Offers and provides support and assistance in closing.

· Maintains lists and files for prospects, follow up reports and individual prospect information.

· Provides Sales coordinator with all relevant prospect and member information as to allow him/her to maintain accurate files and data.

· Supervises and ensures accuracy for guest's logs and guest's files.

· Completes accurate reports as required by club, owners and corporate office.
· Personally meets, within 14 days of joining, all new members enrolls them and solicits referrals.

· Ensures systems for processing and handling guests requests and inquiries are set up and function effectively.

· Is aware of all Club events, operational news and general information concerning the club and briefs team accordingly.

· Ensures that all correspondence to guest's is forwarded to entire roster and takes steps to ensure it is received and understood.

· Develops sufficient number of personal contacts as to be able to pass on new prospects to members of the sales team as well as meet personal sales goals.

· Circulates and interacts with Guests in a way that encourages referrals and new sales.

· Works together with all management, offering assistance with generating revenues through events, tournaments and food & beverage.

· Delegates to, and works with, Sales Managers and Coordinator to ensure ample time is spent focusing exclusively on prospect building, sales and marketing planning and the sales efforts of the membership team.

Ensures that monthly market competitor analysis is completed by assigned personnel

Familiar with accuracy and content and distributes timeously to parties concerned.

· Continually reviews press, advertising and competitor publications in order to have complete understanding of market dynamics.

· Recruits and hires staff for Sales & Marketing department that is suitable and qualified for demands of the job.

· Submits monthly training plan for department and ensures satisfactory completion.

- Develops and maintains well motivated and briefed team.

· Schedules and conducts minute weekly meeting, focusing on sales efforts, plans, status as well as all related topics for discussion.

· Develops and maintains a high level of guest care with emphasis on social skills of all departmental staff.

· Ensures that each and every guest is satisfied with services recommending action to be taken where necessary and formulating plans for improvement.

· Establishes good communication with guests; receives complaints and takes appropriate action.

· Controls expenses / entertainment to a minimum required for effective sales efforts.

· Allocates expense budget as effectively and beneficially as possible.
