General Manager Operations
Reporting to the Directors
Our client, established for four decades, is a leading Food Services and Industrial Catering firm based in Gurgaon. With operations spanning over 65+ client sites across 10 states, the company is also expanding into restaurants and food delivery through its subsidiaries.
Location: Northern Region (Gurgaon)
Required Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA / IHM (Essential)
Experience: At least 15 years in a senior operational role, preferably as Head of Operations in current positions
- Achieve sales targets, devising action plans to address any disparities while monitoring performance in terms of sales growth and profitability.
- Oversee clients&apos contracts ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
- Implement and uphold HSEQ procedures across all units.
- Formulate effective purchasing and logistics strategies aimed at profitability.
- Manage labor expenses in line with revenue.
- Foster sustained sales growth through meticulous strategic planning.
- Ensure superior service delivery through consistent operational supervision and corrective measures.
- Assist the sales team in crafting financially viable proposals and endorsing final contracts.
- Set performance benchmarks for the operational team.
- Analyze regional delivery metrics to identify developmental needs of direct reports, enhancing capabilities through training and certification programs.
- Encourage talent development through coaching and aspirations management.
- Examine the competitive environment to inform the Marketing and Communications teams in creating new offerings and customizing existing ones.

- The candidate should have experience managing a business with a monthly turnover of 5 Crores.
- Experience within the food sector and contract catering is a must.
- Strong command of language coupled with excellent interpersonal skills is essential.
- Capability to forecast, plan, and manage all F&B procurement, staffing, and financial aspects is critical.
- The ultimate objective is to enhance sales and profitability through customer satisfaction.
Applicants should be under 47 years of age, possess an IHM degree, and have substantial experience in P&L responsibilities within the contract catering sphere. Compliance with these criteria is crucial to prevent rejections.
