Position Overview
We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across APAC and EMEA. This role owns full-cycle recruitment for a mix of roles and levels, partnering with hiring managers, regional leaders, and external partners to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and experienced in sourcing diverse candidates across multiple markets and time zones.
This position will contribute to building scalable recruitment processes, improving time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics, and enhancing employer brand awareness across APAC and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles for APAC and EMEA.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities) and employee referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and clear expectations throughout the process.
Sourcing and Employer Branding
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to reach passive and active candidates across multiple countries and languages.
- Collaborate with marketing and talent teams to develop regionally relevant employer brand content and recruitment campaigns.
- Represent Asiacruit at virtual and in-person recruitment events, university partnerships, and industry meetups as needed.
Stakeholder Partnership and Process
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring timelines.
- Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant and efficient hiring, onboarding, and contractor transitions.
- Define and document recruitment processes, interview guides, and scorecards to improve hiring consistency and quality.
Metrics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity metrics) for APAC and EMEA.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and increase hiring efficiency.
- Stay current on talent market trends, competitive hiring practices, and local employment laws that impact sourcing and selection.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting APAC, EMEA, or other international regions, preferably within technology, professional services, or HR solutions.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for roles across levels and functions using a variety of channels and tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence hiring outcomes and timelines.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional language skills relevant to APAC or EMEA are an advantage.
- Comfortable working across time zones with flexible hours as required for regional coordination.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with employer of record (EOR), global mobility, or international payroll hiring practices.
- Background in building campus or early-career programs and diversity hiring initiatives.
