Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles for APAC and EMEA.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities) and employee referrals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and clear expectations throughout the process.

Sourcing and Employer Branding

  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to reach passive and active candidates across multiple countries and languages.
  • Collaborate with marketing and talent teams to develop regionally relevant employer brand content and recruitment campaigns.
  • Represent Asiacruit at virtual and in-person recruitment events, university partnerships, and industry meetups as needed.

Stakeholder Partnership and Process

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring timelines.
  • Partner with People Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant and efficient hiring, onboarding, and contractor transitions.
  • Define and document recruitment processes, interview guides, and scorecards to improve hiring consistency and quality.

Metrics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity metrics) for APAC and EMEA.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and increase hiring efficiency.
  • Stay current on talent market trends, competitive hiring practices, and local employment laws that impact sourcing and selection.

  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for roles across levels and functions using a variety of channels and tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence hiring outcomes and timelines.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional language skills relevant to APAC or EMEA are an advantage.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with flexible hours as required for regional coordination.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience with employer of record (EOR), global mobility, or international payroll hiring practices.
  • Background in building campus or early-career programs and diversity hiring initiatives.

Why Join

  • Join a fast-growing team delivering critical global HR and talent solutions to market-leading companies.
  • Make an immediate impact by shaping recruitment processes and hiring strategies across APAC and EMEA.
  • Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
