About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across global IT service categories to support business objectives.
- Manage procurement projects with clear scope, timelines, and resource alignment.
- Analyze value chains and apply cost modeling to identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive financial discussions and structure complex deals with ecosystem partners.
- Monitor compliance across procurement processes and implement corrective actions.
- Apply risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate sourcing risks.
- Maintain and improve procurement tools, content, and automation systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align demand with cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Execute negotiations using tailored strategies to achieve optimal supplier agreements.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence specifications for added value.
Essential Requirements:
- University or master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within IT services in a multinational environment.
- Proven ability to manage global supplier negotiations and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong project management skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders across geographies.
- Deep understanding of multinational business operations and procurement culture.
- High level of independence, self-motivation, and ownership.
- Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
