Job Title: Global Outreach Business development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve global revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, LeadSquared, and other sales tools.
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and conversion.
Build and maintain B2B partnerships with travel agencies, telecom operators, resellers, and enterprise clients.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize lead generation efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and market approach.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM (LeadSquared).
Represent the company in international events, exhibitions, and partner meetings when required.
Deliver consistent reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in outbound or international B2B sales.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadSquared CRM, and email automation tools.
Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and B2B partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a global environment.
