Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management effectively.
Attention to Detail: Precision in managing data and compliance requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Certifications: Professional certifications or courses in compensation and benefits areas preferred
