Gifting & Visual Experience Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, design-focused, and detail-orientedGifting & Visual Experience Manager to oversee the conceptualization and execution of Anand's gifting and in-store visual identity.

As part of the Marketing & Communications team, this role blends gifting design, packaging innovation, and visual merchandising, ensuring every product, hamper, and store display reflects Anand's distinctive aesthetic of heritage craftsmanship and modern Indian luxury.

You will be responsible for planning and designing festive hampers, conducting gifting trend studies, and creating refined, clutter-free in-store displays that bring Anand's brand experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gifting & Hamper Design

Conceptualize, plan, and design seasonal, festive, and corporate gifting collections, from theme to packaging.

Curate products, materials, and accessories that elevate the overall gifting experience while staying true to Anand's brand identity.

Conduct trend studies in gifting, packaging, and design to identify new materials, colour palettes, and presentation ideas.

Explore sustainable and innovative packaging solutions that blend tradition with modern design.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for sampling, material selection, and production execution.

2. Visual Merchandising & Store Experience

Oversee in-store visual merchandising (VM) across all Anand outlets, ensuring consistent brand representation.

Create planograms and display layouts for gifting zones, festive showcases, and product sections, maintaining a clean and elegant presentation.

Design thematic displays that highlight collections and seasonal offerings.

Coordinate with the retail and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout and upkeep of displays.

Conduct store visits and audits to evaluate display standards, lighting, and product arrangement.

Prepare VM guidelines and toolkits for brand consistency across locations.

3. Coordination & Execution

Work with procurement and operations teams on production timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Manage sampling, approvals, and quality checks for packaging and display materials.

Maintain a reference library of materials, packaging samples, and design ideas for future collections.

Ensure all gifting and VM elements embody Anand's premium, design-led, and culturally rooted aesthetic.

Qualifications & Skills

2-4 years of experience in gifting design, product styling, or visual merchandising, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or gourmet retail.

Strong understanding of aesthetics, materials, and spatial composition.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.

Hands-on experience in planogram creation and in-store display execution.

Excellent project management, coordination, and vendor-handling skills.

Trend-sensitive and design-driven, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and presentation.

Organized, proactive, and collaborative with the ability to translate ideas into tangible brand experiences.
