Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Proficiency in using email and chat support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
