Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Geriatric Nurse. The role requires providing exceptional care to elderly clients in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, managing medical equipment, monitoring chronic illnesses, administering medications, and educating patients and their families on proper healthcare practices. The Geriatric Nurse will also collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality healthcare delivery to seniors.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills including patient assessment, medication administration, and medical equipment management
• Knowledge and experience in geriatric care, chronic illness monitoring, and palliative care
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills for patient and family education
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Qualification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing certification
• Ability to maintain detailed medical records and familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Relevant certifications in gerontological nursing or elder care are highly desirable

Qualification- B.Sc Nursing ( Fresher or 2-3 years of experience
