Role: Genesys Developer

Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Chennai

Interview Date: 25th July 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Interview Venue: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Plot No. 1/G1, Sipcot IT Park, Navallar Post, Siruseri, Chennai – 603103.

Note-While coming for Walkin:-

· Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies)

· Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises.

Must Have:

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

1. Core Genesys Platform Knowledge

2. IVR Design & Call Flow development including secure flow & bots

3. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads

4. Problem‑Solving & Analytical Thinking

5. Collaboration, Communication & Teamwork

Good to Have:

Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

1. Salesforce integration

2. Intent model designing

Essential:

• Design clear, intuitive, and customer‑friendly IVR call flows
• Strong experience in Genesys Cloud CX
• Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) with flow clarity and edge cases
• Support post‑production incidents and root‑cause analysis
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver top notch code

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
