We are Seeking AI Specialist to bridge consulting needs and emerging AI technologies. You will design, prototype, and scale practical AI tools, turning ideas into reusable components, internal workflow automations, and client-facing digital service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype LLM-based solutions for research, analytics, and reporting.
• Translate business and operational challenges into structured, scalable technical tools.
• Establish best practices for meaningful, responsible AI adoption.
• Senior Associate: Lead solution design, mentor teams, and shape Voluntās digital product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years (Associate) or 5–8 years (Senior Associate) in automation, AI applications, or digital workflows.
• Education: Master's (MTech/MCA/MCS) preferred; bachelor's with strong AI project experience considered.
• Tech Skills: Python, SQL/NoSQL, NLP, LLMs, RAG, vector retrieval, and frameworks like Lang Chain/Llama Index.
• Key Competencies: System design, full SDLC execution (concept to deployment), and strong stakeholder communication.
