Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI/GenAI models and applications.
- Lead end-to-end development cycles, from prototype to production.
- Scale AI-based systems to meet product and client service requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
- Ensure best practices in coding, system design, and performance optimization.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, including hands-on coding.
- Strong experience withPython, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record inGenerative AI (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models, etc.).
- Experience inscaling AI systemsfor high-performance applications.
- Team leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
