Manage end-to-end MEP services from concept to commissioning
Oversee design, coordination, procurement, and execution of HT/LT electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and security/access control systems
Plan and monitor MEP schedules for time and resource management across large building or township projects
Track and control MEP project progress to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate effectively with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution
Supervise project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities
Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality systems, and cost-effective practices
Desirable Skills
Strong coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project functions
Proven track record in timely project delivery with quality and cost efficiency
Ability to handle large-scale, complex real estate projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MEP design principles is an added advantage
Demonstrated experience in value engineering and effective resource utilization
In-depth understanding of project planning and scheduling tools
Basic understanding of financial concepts and project financing
