This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a General Manager - Marketing. The General Manager will oversee market planning and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand positioning. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing campaigns, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. The role also involves leading and managing a marketing and sales team to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently.

• Expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Campaign Development
• Strong skills in Market Research and Data Analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Proven experience in Team Management and Leadership
• Solid understanding of Sales strategies and relationship-building techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the industrial or engineering sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
