Position: General Manager - (Dubai Real Estate Sales India Operations)

About the Role:
General Manager to spearhead our Dubai real estate sales operations from India. The ideal candidate must bring strong Dubai property market expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of selling to Indian and NRI clients. You will lead the Gurgaon-based team and drive strategic growth for Dubai projects across India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Lead end-to-end sales operations for Dubai real estate projects from India.
- Drive revenue targets through direct sales, channel partners, and marketing alliances.
- Utilize existing Dubai client relationships and expand buyer networks across India & NRIs.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Team Leadership
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales managers, property consultants, and pre-sales professionals.
- Define KPIs, sales scripts, and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of ownership, productivity, and accountability.
3. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams and agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality lead flow.
- Oversee CRM-driven lead tracking, allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Lead city-based events, seminars, and activations to promote Dubai projects in India.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with HNI/NRI investors and key customer groups.
- Oversee the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead qualification to closure and post-sales service.
- Coordinate with Dubai developers for inventories, new launches, documentation, and updates.
5. Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, team performance metrics, and reports.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the senior leadership team and Dubai partners.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:Minimum 5-7 years in real estate sales with mandatory experience in Dubai property sales.
- Strong network of Dubai property investors, HNIs, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of Dubai real estate, RERA, and developer ecosystems.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in CRM tools, digital marketing, and virtual presentations.
