We are looking to add to our team a dynamic, aggressive, passionate and forward looking professional to join as General Manager Business Development India.

Responsibilities:

This role is a highly dynamic Sales Leadership Position driving the Revenue Targets of the Company.

In charge of Business Development for iTriangle suite of Telematics solutions to enterprises, Telematics service providers, Channel Partners, Automotive Manufacturers and end customers.

Seek out, qualify, open new opportunities in related and existing markets and also identify and grow new markets.

Develop and undertake tactical market initiatives following the directives of management.

Maintain, service and grow portfolio of existing accounts.

Responsible for developing annual business plans and achieving them.

Manage the existing sales channels, build, and develop new customers and partners.

Responsible for liasioning and coordinating with Govt agencies.

The Candidate will be required to travel extensively nationwide.

He should also carry Individual Targets along with Team targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. MBA in Marketing is a plus.

The applicant should have at least 10 years of technical and Enterprise sales experience in leadership position in Sales and Marketing in a similar domain and industry, with a burning desire to excel, looking to break barriers and exceeding new milestones.

Experience in selling IoT, Telematics, Wireless, Safety, Security solutions, Software sales experience with knowledge of Transport Industry.

Experience in managing executive relationships

Self-starter and self-motivated, with proven track record of building and growing new markets

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to handle both account management and sales activities (Salesforce, deck preparation, roadmap dialogues)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience in Managing a sales team and driving their activities toward achieving established targets. Dynamic result driven team Leader.

Remuneration: As per the Industry standards, inclusive of Fixed Pay, Performance Bonus and ESOP
