About the Role:
FLAME University is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and network-rich go-getter to join us as General Manager / Associate Director – Corporate Outreach. In this high-visibility position, you will lead institutional efforts to elevate FLAME's corporate brand, expand marquee recruiter partnerships, and build long-term talent pathways for our undergraduate students across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruiter Acquisition & Corporate Branding:
- Identify, target, and onboard top-tier global and national corporate partners across core sectors (Consulting, BFSI, Tech, Media, Research & Analytics, and emerging industries).
- Expand FLAME's recruiter footprint across key national corporate hubs, positioning the university as a premier destination for undergraduate talent.
- Senior Stakeholder & CXO Relationship Management:
- Leverage direct access to C-Suite executives, CHROs, and Talent Acquisition Heads to drive senior-level campus engagement and high-value hiring partnerships.
- Build and manage key strategic corporate accounts to deliver sustained year-on-year growth in recruitment outcomes and compensation benchmarks.
- Industry Integration & Strategic Campus Engagement:
- Conceptualise and facilitate high-impact leadership interactions, including CXO guest lectures, industry panels, leadership conclaves, and corporate-alumni mixers.
- Bridge industry expectations with student preparation by driving live projects, corporate mentorship programs, and executive guest sessions.
- Recruitment Operations & Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Career Services leadership team to execute annual campus placement drives and internship cycles smoothly.
- Work seamlessly across internal teams—including student career committees, academic departments, and career mentors—to deliver an exceptional recruiting experience.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master's degree / MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized institution in Management, HR, Marketing, or Communications.
- Experience:
- General Manager: 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Executive Search, or Campus Recruitment.
- Associate Director: 15+ years of relevant leadership experience with a proven track record of strategic account management and C-Suite engagement.
- Network Requirement: Active, established network with direct access to CHROs, CXOs, and Vice Presidents of Talent Acquisition across top corporate sectors.
