Gen AI Developer

About Position:

We're looking for a highly experienced (5+ years) and intellectually curious Gen AI Developer to contribute to innovation in Generative AI and applied machine learning. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong critical thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.

What You'll Do:

• Strong expertise in Generative AI: LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Applied ML experience: semantic search, vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone), hallucination detection, summarization, and model evaluation

Expertise You'll Bring:

• MCP servers in python
• Agentic AI exposure
• Agentic AI orchestration layer knowledge
• Redis and other cache
• Registries and their usages
• Machine learning
