Gen AI Developer Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, LLMs, and Azure ML services.
• Architect and implement scalable AI platforms, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLMs, and ML pipelines.
• Build and deploy intelligent agents and AI-driven applications using M365 Agent Toolkit and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Experience in C#/Type Script
• Ensure seamless connectivity with vector databases (Azure AI Search, FAISS, CosmosDB, Pinecone).
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure best practices in AI deployment, security, and performance optimization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable AI solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from prototyping to production deployment.
• Drive adoption of MLOps, monitoring, and AI observability best practices.
• Stay current with advancements in Azure AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems
