Role Overview: The Fusion Payroll Consultant specializes in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. They ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing and compliance with regulatory requirements, tailored to the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll systems.
  • Customize payroll solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and streamline payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Payroll systems.
  • Train and support users on payroll functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 6 - 12 years of experience
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
