Fundraising - Institutional/CSR

Sri Aurobindo Society launched Rupantar in 2015, one of the world's largest programs to transform government schools by harnessing local resources and community power. Rupantar focuses on improving education quality through innovative projects that empower teachers, educators, and students while increasing community participation and technology enablement. With 57 years of experience in social transformation, the Society also works in areas such as Women and Youth Empowerment, Health, Palliative Care, Sustainable Development, and Integral Rural Development. These efforts aim to develop sustainable, replicable, and scalable models based on values and inner change.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising - Institutional/CSR professional, located in New Delhi. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential institutional and corporate social responsibility (CSR) partners. This includes preparing proposals, managing donor communication, organizing fundraising campaigns, and maintaining records of donor information. The professional will also collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with the organization's ongoing programs and initiatives.

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor management, and relationship-building
• Strong proposal writing, project management, and communication skills
• Understanding of CSR practices and institutional funding mechanisms
• Proficiency in research, data analysis, and report generation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the social development sector and experience with educational initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Fundraising, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred
